To request a refund, kindly inform us of your return, and return all items within 28 calendar days of your purchase date. It is important to note that items must be in their original condition, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. Please be advised that we cannot accept a return for any items with a broken seal where this needs to be in place for health or hygiene reasons.

How to return items

If you have any unwanted items purchased at VitMart.Co.Uk, we kindly request that you return them to us within 28 calendar days of your purchase date. Please note that we are only able to process refunds for items returned to our company and not to any other retailer. To qualify for a refund, a valid receipt must be provided, along with the original card used for payment (if applicable). We reserve the right to decline refund requests if a valid receipt is not provided and may offer an exchange or credit voucher instead.
